Welcome to FinJai. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. By installing or using FinJai, you agree to the terms set out below.
1Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using FinJai, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2What FinJai is
FinJai is a personal finance tracking app that runs entirely on your device. Key features include:
- Recording income, expenses, and savings
- Setting budgets and goals
- Viewing reports and charts
- Locking the app with PIN and biometric authentication
- Backing up and restoring data via Export/Import
3License to use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FinJai on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as the app remains available.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app
- Remove or obscure copyright, attribution, or developer marks
- Use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes
4Important — not financial advice
FinJai is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The app helps you record your own income and expenses, but it does not provide investment, savings, financial, or tax advice.
For personalized advice, please consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or other qualified professional.
5Your data is your responsibility
Because all your data lives on your device:
- You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export feature
- If your device is lost, damaged, or wiped, your data goes with it
- If you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted — it cannot be recovered
- We cannot help you recover lost data because we never had it in the first place
Tip: Export your data regularly and keep the backup file somewhere safe like iCloud or Google Drive.
6Accuracy of information
FinJai is a tracking tool — the accuracy of any information shown depends on what you enter. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data shown in the app.
7"As-is" service
FinJai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do our best to make the app work well, but we cannot guarantee that:
- The app will be free of bugs or errors
- The app will be available without interruption
- Calculations will be perfectly accurate in every situation
- The app will be compatible with every device or operating system version
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merman Studio and Chatsuda Sookjam (the developer) are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including:
- Loss of data
- Financial losses
- Indirect, special, or consequential damages
- Business interruption
9Intellectual property
FinJai, including its design, logo, graphics, and code, is the property of Merman Studio, operated by Chatsuda Sookjam, and is protected by copyright law. The names and data you enter in the app remain yours.
10Premium Subscriptions & Payments
FinJai offers Premium subscription plans that unlock additional features such as unlimited wallets, advanced reports, and more:
- Monthly: ฿59/month (auto-renewing)
- Yearly: ฿399/year (auto-renewing)
- Lifetime: ฿1,490 one-time payment
Payment processing: All transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never receive your credit card information.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Cancel anytime through Apple/Google settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

11Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which immediately deletes all data stored on your device. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app in the future, with reasonable notice through app updates.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
