This policy explains the refund terms for FinJai Premium subscriptions. This policy follows the terms of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which process all payments.
Important: All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive your money directly. Refund requests must be submitted through these platforms.
FinJai offers three Premium subscription plans:
Prices are shown in Thai Baht. Prices in other countries may vary based on Apple/Google pricing tiers and exchange rates.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime via:
After cancellation, you can continue using Premium until the end of the paid billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
We cannot refund payments for periods already paid since you continue to have Premium access until the billing period ends. However, you may request a refund through Apple/Google in the following cases:
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium features for the lifetime of your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Refund requests for the Lifetime plan must be submitted through Apple/Google within their respective windows (typically 14 days for EU, and Apple's standard worldwide window).
After Apple/Google's refund window expires, we cannot issue refunds except in cases of technical errors preventing Premium usage.

In all cases of cancellation or refund, your personal data (transactions, wallets, settings) stored in FinJai will remain on your device because FinJai stores all data locally (local storage), not on our cloud servers.
Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will permanently delete all data and cannot be recovered.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
